Hello! I'm a licensed, bonded, and insured home improvement contractor. I’m basically a Jack-of-all-trades. I focus on small to medium size jobs. I have literally built a bathroom from nothing, where there was no bathroom, all by myself. I did the plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, waterproofing, and tiles! I take pride in my work and I do it neatly and correctly! Also, I’m not out to get rich off you, I am reasonably affordable. I am not the cheapest either but a lot of times going with the cheapest price winds up being more expensive because it’s not quality work and what you are paying for is a big headache and later you will have to hire someone else to do it correctly. Here, The Client Wanted To Switch The Electrical Stove To A Gas Stove, And Wanted To Add A Washer/Dryer In Order To Increase The Rental Value.
The Following Was A Kitchen Renovation. The Client Got Help In The Design From A Cabinet Supplier And I Did The Installation. The Countertops Were Installed By Another Company.

This Was A Basement Apartment Where The Client Wanted To Divide A Room Into Two Rooms
This Is LIFEPROOF Vinyl Plank Flooring From Homedepot.
The Following Was An Acrylic Shower Pan That Had Cracked And Was Leaking. Sometimes A Complete Renovation Is Not Needed. I Have Also Replaced Only The Bathtub In Certain Situations. Unfortunately Too Often A Company, Fir Whatever Reason, Will Mistakenly Inform A Customer That An Entire Bathroom Renovation Is Needed When In Fact It Is Not.
Here The Client Wanted To Make The Basement Look Better Before Selling The House.

In The Photos Below, The Client Unfortunately Did Not Have The Budget To Do A Complete Renovation And Opted To Have New Tiles Installed Directly Over The Old Tiles. A Niche Was Added. New Tiles Can Be Legitimately Installed Over Old Tiles In Some Cases.
Here The Client Wanted To Remove The Tub And Install A Walkin Shower And A Washer/Dryer In The Bathroom.
